The Problem: Why Marina Alex Needed an AI Coaching Avatar  to Support her Program?

Marina Alex wanted her MaxGood.work avatar to help students follow the class schedule and complete the full program cycle. While her expert content had already been uploaded by the MaxGood.work team into the avatar (using metadata, descriptive components like titles, and structured knowledge segmentation to build expertise through RAG), the avatar was not yet aware of any ongoing program within SWAY Academy.

The Solution: Configuring  Marina Alex AI Coaching Avatar for Program Support

To solve this, Marina Alex and her team configured their avatar with program-specific details — modules, dates, and topics. This allowed the avatar to support students by keeping them on track and engaged throughout the live program.

Additionally:

• Participants were automatically added to Marina’s avatar when they signed up via Kajabi or joined her Slack workspace.

  • For Kajabi, the integration was done using Zapier to include assessment info on client profiles so the avatar knows about each client’s needs their wants and goals.

• This setup enabled the avatar to deliver both coaching/training support and customer support seamlessly.

• Marina Alex team also provided feedback on a potential new feature: “Information”.  This functionality has now been added to our product backlog for future release, making it even easier for avatar owners to replicate Marina Alex approach when it is deployed
