Mishkin Berteig

CEO and Chief Scientist

Mishkin Berteig's lifelong fascination with learning, intelligence, and education started in 1979. His passion for artificial intelligence was ignited by reading books like "The Emperor's New Mind" and "Gödel, Escher, and Bach". He experimented with early AI concepts by creating simple software simulations of artificial life and implementations of the back-propagation algorithm for neural networks in the late 80's. In the late '90s, Mishkin worked on NLP tools for website analysis and later developed two industry-specific expert systems: "Scrum Insight" and the "Real Agility Culture Assessment". Throughout his professional life, he has been involved in various AI/ML projects. For most of the past two decades, Mishkin has been dedicated to helping managers and their teams improve through the use of Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban. He has worked closely with a multitude of global organizations to help them improve their way of working. Inspired by prompt design experiments with OpenAI in mid-2022, Mishkin founded Max Good, AI Coach on August 31st, 2022. He is dedicated to advancing humanity by combining spiritual principles with technology in work environments.

Shradhdha Parsana is a seasoned software developer and technology leader with a wealth of experience in crafting high-quality, scalable code across multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Java, Python, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, and JavaScript/NodeJS. She is well-versed in building responsive websites using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and has a keen focus on ensuring systems meet the needs of customers and users. As the co-founder and technology lead at Max Good, Shradhdha has been instrumental in developing the software behind Max Good, AI Coach, by leveraging her expertise in Agile Engineering practices, such as Test Driven Development. Her commitment to excellence has been vital in creating a powerful and intuitive AI-powered management tool designed to revolutionize the management experience for middle managers worldwide. In addition to her role in Max Good's software development, Shradhdha continues to train and coach clients on Agile engineering practices and software development quality, helping organizations elevate their technical capabilities and deliver exceptional products. Julien Mazloum has 24 years of experience in the Research and Development field as a software developer, manager, consultant, trainer, tech entrepreneur and startup advisor mostly in Canada and China. Julien is the co-founder of OutSofting and is strategic advisor at MaxGood. Since moving to China in 2007, Julien has relentlessly used, pioneered, actively promoted and supported multiple organization with management methods that foster Agility and Innovation. Julien is a transformation consultant that works with leadership and employees to transform their organizations to become innovative, fast-to-market, digital and trend-setting. This includes setting up incubation centers, setting up transformation programs, coaching R&D teams/managers/executives on continuous improvement and innovation. Julien has trained and consulted for startup and Fortune 500 companies in the Internet, Telecom, automotive and Medical equipment industries. Julien was a guest speaker at more than 20 conferences on Agile and Innovation methods, Agile transformations, Lean Startup and Business Agility. Julien’s interest in AI started at the end of the 90s and he chose Robotics and AI as the specialty of his computer engineering degree at Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 2001. Julien’s interest in business strategy got confirmed during his MBA at HEC Montreal in 2006. Julien decided to become strategic advisor of MaxGood because he experienced first-hand the transformative power of coaching and because he believes AI should complement, enhance and scale up the human delivery of coaching. Justice Berteig

Front-End Developer, Functional Test Engineer

Justice Berteig is a full-stack developer with experience using TypeScript and React to create responsive web pages, Python to build back-end servers and APIs, and using Playwright automated testing to ensure the MaxGood.work platform maintains a high level of quality. He is responsible for front-end design and completely refactored the initial design for the website. He is also responsible for building many of the front-end features and doing extensive refactoring on our back-end code.

Alexander Oronsaye is a Full Stack Developer at MaxGood.work with a focus on backend development using Python . He is responsible for maintaining and improving core backend systems, writing tests, and ensuring code quality across the platform. He is also a certified AWS Solutions Architect, with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and deployment. Outside of Python, Alexander is proficient with modern development tools and languages including React, Node.js, and Go, allowing him to contribute across the entire stack when needed.
