How Superheroes Academy Inc Used MaxGood.work to Launch AI-Enhanced Agile Training Programs
The Challenge
What are the perks of using AI for Agile Training Bootcamps? In this article, I interviewed Erkan and dived into the success story of how SuperHeroes Academy Inc. introduced AI into their training module using the MaxGood.work platform.
Superheroes Academy Inc., led by Erkan Kadir, offers agile consulting, leadership development, and corporate facilitation. Within its agile training track, Erkan Kadir faced a growing challenge: how to support students with timely, high-quality guidance outside classroom training hours, without stretching himself too thin. As training programs became more advanced and project-based, students needed continued feedback as they applied new concepts in the real world.
At the same time, Erkan Kadir wanted to explore AI for agile training in a practical, business-aligned way—but without adopting tools that didn’t match his coaching methods or serve his learners.
The Opportunity
The turning point came when Mishkin Berteig introduced Erkan Kadir to MaxGood.work—a
platform that allows coaches to create AI avatars powered by their unique materials,
personality, and methods. For Erkan Kadir, this was an opportunity to:
● Support students between sessions without being physically present.
● Keep his offerings modern in a rapidly changing learning landscape.
● Create new, differentiated training bundles by incorporating AI for agile training.
● Explore a sustainable and scalable AI use case directly aligned with business growth.
The Solution With MaxGood.work
Erkan Kadir integrated a custom coaching avatar via MaxGood.work into Superheroes Academy Inc’s Scrum Master training track. The avatar, trained on his proprietary content, tools, and tone, became a reliable assistant to students enrolled in AI-enhanced packages.
Each package includes:
● Access to the Superheroes Academy Inc coaching avatar for six months.
● AI onboarding resources (e.g., using AI as an Agile professional).
● A supplementary micro-credential from the Scrum Alliance: AI for Scrum Masters.
● Uploads of Erkan’s training materials (PDFs, Word docs, etc.) into
MaxGood.work—without needing to organize or label the content manually.
Students could now work on assignments and get immediate, AI-powered guidance in Erkan’s style, voice, and methods—even when he wasn’t available live.
The Results With MaxGood.work
● New Product Offering Created: The MaxGood.work avatar enabled the launch of a new AI-enhanced bundle across three Scrum Master training levels, which did not exist before MaxGood.work.
● Revenue Growth: Superheroes Academy Inc was able to increase the price of AI-enhanced bundles by ~30%, offering added value and differentiation.
● Reduced Support Load: Students using the AI bundle asked fewer questions and progressed more smoothly, suggesting the avatar provided the support they needed without Erkan’s direct intervention.
● Faster Program Completion: Although still anecdotal, Erkan observed that students using the avatar tended to complete programs more quickly and with greater
confidence.
● Seamless Onboarding: No student complaints were reported about accessing or using the avatar, which Erkan sees as a strong sign of product-market fit.
● Minimal Setup Time: Uploading content to MaxGood.work was “straightforward,” and fine-tuning the avatar required only “a few guardrails” around tone and preferred approaches.
● Testimonial & Platform Stickiness: The avatar has become mission-critical to the delivery of Erkan’s updated program—he said he would need to “retool a whole new product line” if MaxGood.work were no longer available.
Looking Ahead
Erkan sees future potential in integrating the MaxGood.work avatar as a chatbot on his website to handle product inquiries and client engagement. Because the avatar is already trained on his tools and processes, using it on the site would remove the need to train a separate chatbot solution.
He also shared a broader message for coaches and trainers:
